My darling niece joined us in the park for a birthday party. While everyone was eating, she got bored so we went for a short walk. After sitting on the bench for a while, she suddenly said "Where's Mommy?", looked under the bench, then went racing back to the picnic area. And mom. Credit for the photo goes to my daughter Victoria.

Hey, Where'd Mommy Go?

Treasure in the Park
I am not the only one who made discoveries in the sanctuary/park yesterday. Where some people may see sticks, spent fir cones and junk that belongs in the trash can, I see a child's innocent treasures from a moment spent with nature. I see wisdom in the parent who did not throw this treasure in the trash, but left it here for other people to enjoy and wonder.
