I just gasped when I clicked on this photo for the larger version. Oh, Sissy--this is one of my favorites. How amazing! You have such an eye for the unusual and the exquisite.
Yes, beauty amidst chaos--just like life--it's knowing how and where to look.
This wonderful photo fills my eyes, Sissy. ((hugs))
Btw, I can't see Mt. Hood that largely from my house either, in fact, I can't see it at all due to the hill and trees behind our property (we have to drive 5 minutes up the road to actually see her). The photo was taken in Canby, and due to being taken at the highest setting of my digital, and with the help of my lens, I was able to get that shot.
A reminder that God is there with us even in the darkest times... Amazingly Beautiful photo!! It truly captures the heart. Blessings. Love and Light, Nina P
As life changes, I find myself far from what my dreams had imagined. Reality has found me caring for my elderly mom who is sliding deeper into Alzheimers ... every day has become a unique challenge. The best I can do is to try to life as normal as possible for those around me.

beauty is in the eye of the beholder and you have a talent for seeing beauty!
ReplyDeleteIt's an interesting photo in its own right - but it has added depth when you consider it is a former mega-church.
