Here in the Pacific Northwest, we have had a wet and dreary spring.
March set new records for excessive rainfall; April is close.
Our pond has overflowed, and the lawn is squishy.
Sigh.
I was bringing mom to work (in the pouring rain, of course!) when I spied this delightful sign at a church in Tigard.
I ended up doing a U-turn and going back to get a shot!

ReplyDeleteSorry about the rain - it looks pretty heavy in the picture.
Oh dear - yes, it does look like the rain is pounding down!
ReplyDeletethat is fantastic!
ReplyDeletewhat a sense of whimsy
I agree with you that this is a delightful sign. I now you all are tired of all the rain. I just hope it gets through before August when we are flying out to Seattle. This sign has to be my favorite of the week. genie
ReplyDeleteWe often pray for rain here - please send some of yours our way. (We almost never get a rainy day here, our rain comes in short, sharp thunderstorms.)
ReplyDeleteOh, heheheheeeee...that is so cute! lol It is raining again as I type this. SO tired of the rain. It's an odd thing when native Oregonians say, "Enough is enough!" (grin)
ReplyDeleteBy the way, we've performed there, you know. (grin)
That's hilarious. lol
