My heart is broken for the people of Japan.
I am at a loss for words to describe the devastation that I feel.
Because we are all one world.
One people.
What affects someone on the other side of the world from me ...
Affects me.
Affects all of us.
We need to remember that.
Even if all we can do is pray ...
And cry as we wait.
And wait.
For news from our brothers and sisters.
One People ... One World.

I can't even imagine what it would be like to be caught in a disaster like this--all we can do is wait and cry as we wait. This is devastating. My heart goes out to the people of Japan--they are our brothers and sisters.
ReplyDeleteMy heart is with the people in Japan too.
ReplyDeleteIt's just more terrible when friends of mine have relatives near that earthquake area.
No news so far. :(
Just too sad.
Praying for all those people.
I join you in sorrow.
ReplyDeleteAll we can do is hoe and pray. The news just keeps getting worse.
ReplyDeleteEven though the news keeps getting more horrific, I'm touched that the photo you chose has a smoke heart. The billowing heart has sort of a glowing eye -- a glimmer of hope.
