Well I promised I would show you my rag rug after I finished it.
It is made completely of old "raggedy" t-shirts and things that we cut up and weaved on a handmade loom (i.e. picture frame with string!).
It took a long time, and still has some work to be done. My daughter Victoria is planning on putting beads onto the end fringes.
OH! Covet covet. Now I'm being sinful, Sissy. (grin) It is so beautiful. Reminds me of the rug I made out of all my old socks--funny now beautiful such things can be.

My mom used to make rag rugs. And my Patty made them too. Now she just tells me she bought it. She made something. Now she is on the phone and I can't ask.
