The Tree That Smiled
This morning as I waited for the big yellow monster (the one that comes every weekday morning, swallows my children then spits them out again in the afternoon!), I noticed a sparkle on a tree by the road -- the sunlight glinting off a bit of sap I suppose. Despite my efforts, the sparkling drop refused to transfer to my camera. I did, however, find this adorable smiley face of shadow and tree. I think today will be a good day.

Clytie, You and your camera are truly amazing. And I think the world is trying to tell you something.........Keep Smiling.
ReplyDeleteIf you don't mind I'm stealing this one to remind me too.
The tree does appear to be in a very good mood!

William Henry Channing
ReplyDeleteIt IS a smiley tree, and I DO see the sparkle! The sun is out, the birds are singing, and the kids seem happy.
ReplyDeleteIndeed, in the words of Warf, TODAY IS A GOOD DAY TO BE ALIVE!!!
I love you, Sissy. ((hugs))
Oh, what a happy, smiley tree! I can't seem to stop grinning!
