Abandoned Roses

There used to be a "meditation garden" ...

At the now-abandoned-and-wrecked mega-church.

We still go there and meditate in our own way.
Amidst the hidden beauty
Of the overgrown gardens.

  1. They are still quite pretty even it they have been abandoned.

  2. The beauty of nature fills the eye of the beholder. Thank you for sharing these glimpses of natures beauty of roses among the human thorns of destruction. God's sending His Healing Power and Grace. Love and Light, Nina P

  3. Oh, Sissy--you are an amazing artist. The first picture especially filled my eyes...not only that, it filled my heart and tears came.

Your artistry has a way of touching hearts. I can't explain it--now I cannot. But I do know your gifting is a rare and wonderful thing. I wish the entire world could see your artwork. I'm serious. ((hugs))

  4. Roses are full of such delicate beauty, and yet they are able to withstand all sorts of abuse. You found some lovely examples!

  5. Beautiful flowers. I wanted to thank you for visiting my blogs.

  6. The middle shot is so nicely framed.
