Locked and (Not!) Loaded

How many locks does it take to secure a gate?

I actually think there are more locks than there are chain links here. Does this seem very secure to you? I wonder if anybody even knows who they all belong to; somehow I don't think so. Hmmmm maybe I should add my own lock and see how long it takes for anybody to notice!

  1. Whatever they are locking up, it must be pretty important!

  2. Good eye, Clytie.
A chain made out of locks! That's a punny-looking thing.

  4. I liked your pink elephant on parade. I always try to imagine what clouds look like but more than that I always look to see if there are any UFOs darting behind them.

I like this post too. How many padlocks makes it secure. I don't know but I hope the guy or gal has combinations or keys to all of them.

The flowers give me that feeling almost as much as the shade of my oak tree does. I am at home there. It is a gift among living creatures to be able to enjoy the company of each other without having to learn languages or put on airs.

Thank you very much for visiting my blog and for the comment you left me.

  6. Oh, we have these on the east coast, too. Once rare, now common. The Locktus-Nokey-Paranoia flower. Can bloom in any season. Very hard to stop as it has no known pests and seems to repel all preventatives. Kind of like spiritual kudzu. . .
